Returns | Cancelations

Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel. After 24 hours an order can not be canceled or refunded. All products are handmade to order and can not be returned. All sales are final.

Damage

If a product has been damaged in shipping we will act quickly to resolve the issue. Once you receive your order thoroughly inspect for any damage. If your order is damaged we ask that you send over detailed photos of the damaged item and packaging to start the claim process. Contact within 5 days of receiving order to make a claim.

To The Trade

We do offer discounts to the trade. Please email your business information and resale certificate to Hello@warrenbrownfurniture.com.

Shipping

Smaller Items will ship via UPS or Fed Ex and the cost will be determined at check out. For larger items that require white glove / blanket wrapped delivery, the cost will be estimated after purchased and will be billed once your order is complete and ready to ship. Please allow up to 4 weeks for white glove / blanket wrapped delivery.

Furniture Care

All orders will come with detailed instructions for furniture care. Please email hello@warrenbrownfurniture.com with any specific care questions.

Working With Natural Hardwoods

Our furniture is made with natural hardwoods. Color variations and knots are normal. We hand select every board used in production to minimize any imperfections.
